About me


I have been working in environmental health since 1974, spending 18 years as an environmental health officer with Manchester City Council, and then moving into private sector consultancy ever since. I have worked with national and local government, large businesses, the education sector, professional bodies, and over 150 small food businesses.


I have also provided regular auditing services for major hotel chains.


I have worked internationally in:


California, Canada, Portland, Washington, Gibraltar, Belgium, Norway, Ireland, Spain, New York, Malta and Zambia so far!
